Chris is a Non-Executive Chairman of Solis Minerals Ltd. (ASX: SLM) and Oar Resources Ltd. (ASX: OAR). He is the former Chairman of the Council on Australian Latin American Relations (COALAR), which was established by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in 2001. Chris is a Founding Director of Allegra Capital, a boutique corporate advisory firm based in Perth, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

The focus is on the Salinas Lithium Project in Brazil.
