COMPANY NEWS Pilbara Minerals (PLS) has mixed broker reviews following the companies Pre-Feasibility plans released last week. The capex requirements for the mine expansion beat expectations but forecasts like these only have an ~30% cost accuracy on average. Morgans is the only broker to cut its target price from $5 to $4.65 (still highly optimistic).…
